The name pretty much says it all. One day we were driving in my dad's car down Amherst St in Nashua and there was this large woman standing halfway out in the street just waving at cars as they drove by. We were like "who the heck is that?" and dad tells us, "that's Crazy Cathy kids, you don't know about her?". Apparantly, she's a crazy woman who always wanted to be a traffic cop, so she sometimes goes out into the street and waves at the passing cars. Click to enlarge
